Shipping

How long does it take for an item to ship?

As I use Print on Demand both to avoid extra costs of excess books, storage, and to prevent more pollution on the planet - all items have a typical 2-5 week turnaround.

Bookmarks are typically shipped within 2 weeks.

Books are typically shipped within 5 weeks.

However, if there is any stock available and ready to go, this could be sooner. If there are any issues with the order being shipped within this allotted time, you'll be notified.

How much is shipping?

This is dependent on the country in which you reside and the item(s) purchased. Shipping is priced using the weight of the item.

What will my items be shipped in?

All items will be shipped in recyclable or recycled packaging - books will be shipped in boxes while bookmarks will be in envelopes with a card insert.

Do you accept returns?

No returns are accepted - whether digital or physical.
If there is an issue with the product purchased, please make contact and we can work together to find the best way to resolve the issue.

Paperbacks - if you're struggling with the format, font, font size, background, or text colour of your paperback, I'm happy to provide you with an eBook edition for free with accessibility adjustments as needed.

Can I use a coupon on something which is already on discounted?

Yes! If an item is on sale, and you have a coupon which is valid on the on sale product, it will apply the relevant discount!

For example, if an individual paperback [a standalone or volume] is on sale, and you have a coupon for the same categories, the discounts will stack.

Why won't SPECIAL2025 work on Entwined Hearts - Complete Collection?

SPECIAL2025 is a coupon code to save 15% on all individual books. This discount can be applied to Entwined Hearts volumes or Highest of Priorities.
