I. Item Type:

The type of item you are purchasing will be details in the product description - this will either be a digital/ePub file or a Physical/Paperback [unless specified otherwise].

II. Delivery:

Physical items may take up 6 weeks to arrive depending on stock availability, on-demand printing, and postal/carrier services in use.
Digital items will be provided immediately or within twenty-four hours of purchase, unless specified otherwise in product description.

III. Contact:

IV. Refunds & Returns:

Physical products: No returns are accepted. If there is a physical issue with the product, please contact by using the Contact Page, Accessibility Page, or emailing contact@sunflowermarshell.com to be issued a refund or replacement.
Digital products: No returns or refunds. If you have any issues with accessing, opening, or loss of files in regards to a digital product sold by Sunflower 'Sunny' Marshell, please contact by using the Contact Page, Accessibility Page, or emailing contact@sunflowermarshell.com 

V. Usage Rights:

All products are for personal use only. Do not reproduce, distribute, or publish any works purchased without written consent from Sunflower 'Sunny' Marshell. Do use or upload any of purchased products to AI.

VI. Personal Data:

Your data, attached to your order, will be held for one year. Your data will not be sold or used in any way other than to contact or deliver your order. You will receive order confirmations, shipping notifications, and a review request as standard.
Data entered on your account will be retained for as long as the account is held.

VI. Coupons and Giftcards:

Coupons and giftcards are subject to availability and terms of use.

Coupons can be used at checkout when purchasing items which are on sale; however, only one coupon, or giftcard, can be used at a time.
Giftcards last a year from the date of purchase.

Giftcards are single use and do not retain credit if not used in their full quantity. If value is remaining on the giftcard, please contact me using the giftcard support page so I can reinstate the giftcard with the unused value. Please note - this will not extend the use of the giftcard. The expiry date will remain the same as when the giftcard was purchased.
EBook giftcards are only valid on eBook editions of books on the store; while digital and physical giftcards are valid on all store items.
