I want to preface this article by emphasising how shit of a writer I really am. I don’t like following traditional grammar rules and I hate limiting punctuation usages. That said, I aim to make sure my work is readable, understandable, and – hoping against all hopes – enjoyable.
Now, onto the post – over the course of a year, I’ve written a total of thirteen fictions [if we include the three volumes of Entwined Hearts individually]. To think anyone will buy my work is a fantasy beyond any imaginary plotline I could ever come up with; yet, here I am, publishing several works in the next month.
On September 1st, I published Just Within Reach. A short story produced for GD.SHT Mag, released exclusively in the magazine and on Inkitt for tier supporters prior to releasing as an eBook on Ko-Fi.
On September 10th, tomorrow, I’m publishing Highest of Priorities as an eBook, Paperback, and releasing bonus content on Inkitt for tier supporters only. To think I’ve had preorders of the paperback, people enter a giveaway for free copies, and have multiple people interested in reading further… It’s strange.
And, finally, on October 31st, Entwined Hearts will be releasing as a paperback and eBook with bonus content, which will also be available for tier supporters [of course] on Inkitt as part of the Entwined Hearts complete collection. Another book that has many people interested in reading more and owning it physically. I just can’t comprehend it.
What I’m trying to say is: to the people who enjoy my work – thank you for finding joy in the work I thrive in making, and I hope you stick around while I continue trying to improve my [limited] skills.
